Laura Guyer

As a senior Organizational Development Specialist and Executive Coach, Laura draws upon over 25+ years of experience coupled with certification from ATD and the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland to provide coaching that flexes to meet coachees’ needs, serving as a “just-in-time” strategic thinking partner, as well as someone who can support and feed longer-term capacity building goals.

Over the years, Laura has been privileged to partner in supporting coachees globally in both the private and public sector, with a focus on the USG. Laura has coached leadership at all levels from within the United Nations family of agencies (UNFPA, UNDP, and FAO); USAID, and more particularly, Mission staff,OTI, and BHA; the US Forest Service International Programs; and, the World Bank Group and IFC. With a background in improvisation, Laura excels at helping coachees pivot and reframe challenges as opportunities, bring a growth mindset to imagining new possibilities, and practice letting go in order to say, “Yes, and…”

Beyond executive coaching, Laura is a senior organizational development and training specialist with decades of experience at TRG providing strategic organizational support and training management services in multicultural environments and has delivered training and OD support in over 50 countries.
